Setting up Google Analytics is standard for our clients. You just need a Google (gmail) account to access very detailed reports. If you have an iPhone, you can but the Quicklytics app for $1.99.

Quicklytics doesn't give you all of the tools and reports for drilling down into your traffic sources and keyword successes, it does let you know how popular you are today.
Drupad is most helpful if you are managing a comments queue on your blog or forum. You can also manage and approve new users (integrates with Mollom, the anti-spam service) and your own content posts. You can create content and promote to Facebook or Twitter if you want. The next version is supposed to integrate with Ubercart so you can receive and manage orders to your online store.
